How to move a video to a different folder

Sometimes videos can end up in the wrong folder.  As your library grows, it may be necessary to move videos from one folder to another.  Within Library Editor, ClickView Administrators are able to move content quickly and easily, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to ClickView as an Administrator.
  2. Click on your initials in the top right, and select 'Library editor' from the dropdown menu:


  3. Within your school library, locate the video you wish to move and click on the three dots icon:


  4. From the drop down menu, select 'Move video':


  5. Select the appropriate folder you want to move the video into:


  6. With the new folder selected, click on the 'Move video' button:


  7. The video is now located within the folder that you chose:
