Microsoft Teams embedding - ClickView Integration

This article will provide instructions on how to install and use the ClickView integration within Microsoft Teams so you can start embedding videos into your lessons.

Installation

1. Open Microsoft Teams
2. Select 'Apps' in the bottom right corner:
   
   
   
   
3. Search for ClickView then click on the 'ClickView (Training + tutorial)' tile:
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the 'Install' button
   
   
   

Using ClickView Teams app

Once you have ClickView app installed you can easily embed a video in a chat:

1. Click on the 'Chat' icon
   
   
   
   
2. In the chat, click on the ClickView button next to formatting tools:
   
   
   
   
3. Sign in to ClickView, ensure you have the right region selected:
   
   
   
   
4. Navigate to the video and click on 'Add' button:
   
   
   
   
5. Type a message if you would like then click 'send':
   
   
   
   
6. Members of the chat group can now click on the 'Play Video' button to open it:
   
   
   
   
   

You can also embed a ClickView video by adding a tab

1. Click on the 'Chat' icon:
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the '+' in the tab area at the top of the screen:
   
   
   
   
3. Sign in to ClickView, ensure you have the right region selected:
   
   
   
   
4. Navigate to the video and click the 'Add'  button:
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the 'Save' button:
   
   
   
   
6. The video will now display as a tab in your chat window:
