In this article, we'll explore the steps to locate and download the MARC records for your ClickView Library. As an administrator, you have the option to download the catalogue in various formats, including:
- MARC 21
- MARC 21 V2
- MARC XML.
- CSV
These file formats are widely recognised standards in the digital library cataloguing systems and can be easily integrated into your library cataloguing system.
Exporting your Library
1) Click on your initials in the top right corner of the screen and select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu:
2) Click on 'Export Libraries' under the heading Integrations section:
You will be presented with a list of all of your libraries. This includes your custom video library, as well as any supplemental libraries you may be subscribed to.
3) Select the relevant libraries that you would like to export:
4.) Choose which format you'd like to export the library as:
NOTE: - MARC 21 V2 is a custom format for tertiary institutions, if you just want a normal format please use a MARC21 or MARCXML file.
5) Click 'Export libraries' and you will receive the library export in your email shortly:
