With your TV program located though searching by channel, program or keyword, a popup window will be displayed where you'll get to review the content you've chosen.
Click on the 'Add to My Videos' button to start the request process.
You'll be able to request any of our free to air TV programs as they are originally recorded.
Alternatively, ClickView also offer the ability to request an Ad free copy of the same program. Our Content Team will remove the advertisements from the program for you so that you don’t have to spend the time removing them.
Ad-free requests
Click on the Ad-free version button.
Upon Clicking the request button, a popup confirmation will be displayed.
Ad-free versions are limited to 5 requests per user, per day. The remaining request counter will count down towards zero with each request, at which point, no further requests can be made during that day.
Ad-free requests can take up to 72 hours before the video will be available in My Videos.
Full video requests
Click on the Full video button.
Without any editing required, full video requests will appear in My Videos after a short processing time of a couple of minutes. Click on the 'Watch Video' button to be taken to My Videos.
Daily Request Limit
The daily request limit relates solely to Ad-free requests. You'll notice on these requests that a counter appears both on the request popup and confirmation popup.
The counter will drop to zero This relates to the amount of requests that you can make in a day. Each time you request content from the TV section to be ad-free or should you request program(s) from Foxtel, the number will drop per request until it reaches 0.
