The Exchange Archive content is curated by ClickView and users cannot change any metadata. Users can however, submit a request for a change, or flag a video for removal with ClickView, through the 'Suggest an edit' option.
After identifying a video, you can suggest an edit by clicking on the three dots and clicking the 'Suggest an edit' box. The three dots are available from the search results and individual video preview screens:
To suggest an edit
Within the 'Suggest an edit' popup window, select the metadata that you'd like to edit. Please note, multiple edits to a video will need to be submitted individually.
In this example, we've selected to edit the 'Video Title' metadata. Upon selecting the type of edit, users will be asked to list the suggested edit, and a reason for this edit. Populate these fields in the popup window and click on 'Submit'
Flag a video for removal
The 'Suggest an edit' popup window appears with the option to 'Flag for Removal':
Once selected, the reason for removal is required. A predefined list is available or you can type in a different reason prior to clicking 'Submit'
Suggestions are reviewed by our Content team and approved or rejected on a case by case basis. Submitters are updated via email with details on whether the request was successful or not.
