What is Rostering?
Rostering is available to our US customers only.
Rostering is a quick and easy way to ensure your students, staff and classrooms are automatically created and maintained within ClickView, in alignment with your learning management system/student information system, taking the hassle out of user management and authentication.
The ClickView Rostering Service works with your existing SIS to roster students into correct classes and ensure a walk up start for educators.
How does rostering work?
Districts and schools have a multitude of ways they store data and send out data based upon a variety of different SIS/LMS systems.
We've partnered with Edlink in the US. Edlink is an established integration company helping education technology to integrate with every major Leaning Management System, including Canvas, Schoology, Google Classroom and Blackboard. The integration enables features such as Single Sign On and automatic rostering.
Edlink works by consuming the different data formats from multiple Learning Management Systems and outputting that data into a consistent format that ClickView can use, meaning that there's no need to build every integration within each school or district, separately.
