How do I access Rostering Administration in ClickView?
**Rostering is available for our US customers only**
- Log in to ClickView as an Administrator
- Click on your avatar in the top right of the screen, and then settings:
- Select Rostering from the Integration menu:
- Welcome to Rostering on ClickView
The Rostering screen allows an Administrator to view the sync history, results, and also change when the sync runs
How do I change when the sync occurs?
The sync between your Identity Provider and ClickView can be tailored to suit.
1. From the Rostering screen, select the Settings tab.
2. Choose a time for the sync to occur:
3. Choose whether your sync runs daily or weekly:
4. It's also possible to force a sync at any time, by clicking the Sync now button:
How do I check the sync results?
1. From the Rostering screen, select the Sync jobs tab.
The sync jobs screen gives a high-level summary of the next upcoming sync and the previous sync's that have occurred.
2. Clicking on one of the completed sync lines, will display more detail about the sync itself:
3. For detailed information, click on the Export button:
4. The export will detail the state of the sync for all Staff, Students and Classrooms. You'll see where new records have been created and added to a school, where any errors have occurred, and why.
