Updating Local Cache

This article describes step-by-step process of updating to the latest version of Local Cache.

To check if you are currently running an outdated version of Local Cache, please navigate to:

1. Log in to your ClickView account

2. Go to Settings

3. Under School management click Local Cache

4. The Local Cache details are listed and check if the status is 'Online' (represented by a green dot) 

To update to the latest version of Local Cache:

5. Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner beside Administrator console and click on Update Local Cache version

Note: The button will be greyed out should your local cache version is up to date.
