4a. Playlists can be shared to colleagues, students, classes or groups by simply typing into the search box. You have the option of adding a message to the share, i.e. sharing to a class, you might have the message that the video is required viewing prior to the next lesson.
Click 'Share' to share the playlist.
4b. You may wish to share your playlist via a simple share link.
A share link is automatically created when the share button is pressed. Simply click the Copy button and then share the link to your intended audience.
By default, the share link will respect the ratings of the videos within it, meaning that if your playlist contains M rated content, only year levels who can view that content, will be able to view it. It is however possible to change privacy setting on the share link by clicking on the 'Respect the ratings and restrictions of each video' link.
You'll be presented with four options where you can make your link:
- Public - allows public access all videos in the playlist (no ClickView login required)
- My School - allows access to all videos in the playlist (ClickView login required)
- Respect ratings and restrictions - restricts viewing of videos within the playlist based upon year level ratings
- Private - allows access to the playlist for yourself only
