As an administrator, you have the option to download the catalogue on ClickView in various MARC formats, including:
- MARC 21 V1 (A simplified version with limited record fields)
- MARC 21 V2 (Includes a more comprehensive list of record fields)
Note: These two versions are also available in XML formats.
These file formats are widely recognised standards in the digital library cataloguing systems and can be easily integrated into your library cataloguing system.
Administrators can now choose either a full or partial export using the MARC 21 V2 format, allowing them to export libraries between a start and end date.
