How to add videos to my "School Library"?

All teachers can follows these steps to add videos from the ClickView Libraries or their "My Videos" to their School Library. However please be aware that the ClickView admins have the final say and will review staff videos first and either approve or reject the addition.

  1. Log into ClickView
  2. Find the video you wish to add from ClickView Libraries or your Playlists and select the three vertical dots > Add to Library:


  3. Select an appropriate folder to add the video to and add message to the admin if you wish:


  4. Click 'Add to library':


  5. A notification will pop up at the bottom right hand-side of the page notifying you that a request has been sent to your ClickView Admins. They will either approve or reject your request:



  6. If you are an admin and wish to approve requests please see Manage staff requests.
